Turn your natural love of organising into a flexible, fulfilling career, with expert guidance from Annie.
Tired of feeling stuck in a job that drains you?
Sorted: Learn To Organise Professionally is an 8-week practical training programme that teaches you how to become a confident, compassionate professional organiser - so you can build a business that fits around family life and genuinely changes people’s homes (and hearts).
Does this sound like you?
You’re always the one tidying, labelling, or rearranging things ‘just to make them work better’ - and secretly, you love it.
You dream of work that feels calm, purposeful and flexible - something that fits around family life, not the other way round.
You’re fed up of the 9-to-5 grind (or the endless juggle) and wish you could earn money doing something that actually brings you joy.
You often look around your own space thinking, I could help people with this - if only I knew how to start.
You know you’re meant for more, but taking that next step feels overwhelming, confusing, or a bit too scary to do alone.
✨ If you’re nodding along, Sorted was made for you.
Imagine if instead…
You woke up on a Monday genuinely looking forward to your day.
Your work felt meaningful - helping real people feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of their homes (and their lives).
You had the flexibility to plan your week around family, school runs, or time for yourself, without guilt or burnout.
You felt confident walking into a client’s home, knowing exactly what to do and how to make a lasting impact.
You finally built something of your own - a small business that brings pride, purpose, and financial freedom.
That’s exactly what Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally is designed to help you do. It’s not just about learning how to tidy a room - it’s about building a life that actually fits you and brings joy.
You don’t need years of experience, fancy qualifications, or a perfectly organised home to get started - just the heart to help others and the willingness to learn.
That’s where Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally comes in.
It’s an 8-week, hands-on training programme that shows you exactly how to turn your passion for organising into a real, flexible business, with guidance, structure, and support every step of the way.
Introducing Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally
Imagine combining your love of order with a career that genuinely helps people breathe easier in their own homes. That’s exactly what Sorted is about.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how to organise real family spaces - not picture-perfect show homes - and how to build a business that fits around your life, not the other way round.
You’ll get:
Weekly live training calls where you’ll learn and ask questions in real time (with replays if you can’t attend live)
Step-by-step modules walking you through each area of the home - from kitchens and wardrobes to playrooms and more
Printable workbooks, slides and checklists to help you put everything into action
Templates and client processes so you feel confident running sessions professionally from day one
Business guidance and mentoring to help you find your first clients and price your services
A supportive community of like-minded women who are cheering you on every step of the way
Lifetime access to all materials and recordings
There is also the potential to complete case studies and work experience with Annie (this is not guaranteed).
Because Sorted isn’t just about learning how to organise, it’s about discovering how to use your natural strengths to build a career you love.
Who Sorted Is For
It’s Perfect For You If…
You love creating order and helping others feel calmer in their homes.
You’re ready for a new chapter that feels meaningful and flexible - something that fits around your family and lifestyle.
You’re naturally empathetic and want to make a difference through your work, not just earn a pay cheque.
You’re willing to learn, take action and build your confidence step by step (no perfection needed!).
You dream of running your own business but want structure, support and guidance to get started the right way.
It Might Not Be the Right Fit If…
You’re looking for a quick-fix course or guaranteed income results - Sorted gives you the tools and knowledge, but your success depends on your own effort and time.
You’re not ready to commit a little time each week to learning and practising your new skills.
You prefer hands-off, self-paced online learning with no live interaction or community.
You’re uncomfortable with the idea of working in other people’s homes or offering a personal service.
You’re only interested in minimalism or aesthetics, not the real-life systems and empathy that professional organising involves.
Meet your Mentor
Hi, I’m Annie, founder of Declutter With Delight.
Before becoming a professional organiser, I spent years working as a teacher and delivering training to businesses and schools - helping people grow in confidence, develop new skills, and believe in what they’re capable of. That background in education has shaped everything I do today: clear guidance, structured learning, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
Through Declutter With Delight, I’ve helped countless families transform their homes from chaotic and cluttered to calm, functional spaces. But over time, I realised my real passion was in teaching others how to do the same - sharing not just the systems, but the mindset and empathy that make this work so powerful.
Sorted brings all of that together. It’s a programme built from experience, compassion, and a genuine belief that women deserve work that fills their hearts as much as it supports their families.
I know it sounds cheesy, but honestly, seeing someone go from “I wish I could do that” to “I can’t believe this is my job now” is the most rewarding transformation of all.
What You’ll Learn
Each week of Sorted is designed to help you grow step by step from passionate organiser to confident professional.
You’ll gain both the skills to transform homes and the tools to build your business.
-
Build confidence from day one – learn how to connect, communicate and create lasting impact for every client.
We start with the foundations: your key organiser kit, understanding your client’s needs, managing expectations, and creating a safe, supportive environment. You’ll learn how to run a consultation, structure your sessions, and communicate like a pro.
-
Master the heart of the home - design systems that save time, space and sanity for busy families.
This week is all about the most-used room in the house. You’ll learn practical zoning, food storage strategies, and how to design functional kitchen layouts that support real-life routines. Plus, the secrets to creating spaces families can actually maintain. We’ll cover storage solutions, organising techniques and scripts for dealing with common obstacles.
-
Turn chaos into calm: create practical, child-friendly zones that actually stay organised.
Toys, crafts, chaos - and the systems that make it all work. You’ll learn how to design play spaces that are fun, functional, and easy for children to manage, while helping parents feel back in control of their home again. We’ll cover how to cater for different ages, creating zones that encourage imagination and play, and how to stay on top of the chaos!
-
Help clients fall back in love with their spaces, from calm bedrooms to simplified, functional wardrobes.
This week covers creating calm, restful bedrooms and realistic wardrobe systems. You’ll learn space planning, decluttering techniques, and how to help clients make confident, guilt-free decisions about what to keep and what to let go.
-
Bring calm and function to the busiest shared spaces, blending practicality, comfort and clever design that works for everyday life.
This week is all about creating flow through the high-traffic areas of the home. You’ll learn how to design living and dining spaces that balance style with purpose, streamline daily routines in bathrooms, and turn home offices into organised, productive zones. By the end, you’ll be able to transform any multi-use space into one that truly supports the way people live.
-
Tackle the toughest spaces with confidence - learn how to manage volume, zoning and practical long-term systems.
These big projects can feel intimidating, but you’ll gain the skills to handle them strategically. Learn volume management, safe storage methods, and zoning systems that make even the most cluttered spaces functional again. We’ll talk about how to deal with sentimental items and manage in small spaces, plus the specialist storage needed in these areas.
-
Expand your expertise - discover the extra services that can grow your business and support clients through every stage of life.
This week, you’ll explore the wider opportunities available as a professional organiser - from helping families prepare for home moves, to supporting downsizing projects and managing digital clutter. You’ll learn how to tailor your services with empathy and professionalism, so you can offer flexible, high-value support that truly meets your clients’ needs.
-
In your final week, we’ll tie together everything you’ve learned and focus on turning your new skills into a real business. You’ll learn how to choose the right storage solutions for different projects, communicate professionally with clients, and use social media to showcase your work authentically. By the end of this module, you’ll have the clarity, confidence and practical tools to take your next step as a professional organiser.
We’ll also have time for Q&A and to discuss case studies.
Every week will have an accompanying workbook plus additional resources. You’ll have access to a live 1.5hr training session, plus the recording if you’re unable to make it.
By the end of Sorted you will:
Know how to organise any space with confidence
Have a clear client process from consultation to completion
Understand storage, pricing and the practicalities of working as a Professional Organiser
Feel proud, capable, and ready to launch
Because this isn’t just about tidy shelves – it’s about finding purpose in helping others breathe easier at home.

Training FAQs
Got questions? You’re not alone - most people who join Sorted have a few!
Whether you’re wondering if this is the right time, if you’re ‘qualified enough’, or how it all actually works, this section has you covered.
Here you’ll find honest answers to the most common questions about the course, what to expect, and how to make the most of your journey to becoming a professional organiser.
About The Course
-
Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally is an 8-week live online training programme designed to teach you how to turn your natural love of organising into a flexible, fulfilling career. You’ll learn real-life home systems, client processes, and business skills, with step-by-step support, printable resources, and weekly live training calls.
-
Sorted is for anyone who loves creating order, helping others, and wants a meaningful way to earn money doing what they enjoy. Many students are women looking for more balance; whether that’s alongside another job, after maternity leave, or as a complete career change.
-
No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to have run a business before or have a perfectly tidy home - Sorted is designed to teach you everything from the ground up.
-
The course runs entirely online, one evening a week. You’ll join a live group call each week (via Google Meet) and get access to slides, PDFs, and replays. Lessons are supported by practical exercises, optional homework, and an online hub where all your materials are stored for easy access.
-
Don’t worry - all sessions are recorded and uploaded for you to watch back at your own pace. You’ll never miss a thing, and you can revisit lessons anytime you need a refresh.
-
You’ll need around 2 hours per week to attend the live call and review the materials, as the call is 1.5 hours long.
There are optional homework tasks set each week which can take anything between 30 minutes and several hours. In addition, some students like to practise in their own homes or help friends in between sessions to build confidence, but that’s completely optional.
Career & Confidence
-
Sorted will give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to start putting yourself out there as a professional organiser. You’ll learn how to book clients, prepare for sessions, and work with professionalism, so when you’re ready, you’ll know exactly how to take those first steps.
While many students start finding clients during or after the course, results vary depending on your time, effort, and personal circumstances, and no individual results can be guaranteed.
-
There is no official qualification needed to work as a professional organiser, (as there’s no regulated route into professional organising in the UK) and anyone who tells you there is is incorrect.
Having said that, you will end this course feeling confident in your own ability to transform each room of the house, and you’ll have the skills, knowledge and systems to start working with clients right away.
-
We cover a few of the fundamentals, including how to price yourself at the market rate and create client processes, but we don’t cover the deeper business aspects such as marketing and business protocols. If you’re interested, we can recommend an excellent business course designed especially for Professional Organisers that leads on perfectly from this course - check out Pro Organiser Academy for more information or contact us.
-
Absolutely. Many students start the course feeling exactly like that. You’ll gain confidence gradually each week, supported by a kind community of women who are learning alongside you.
-
Yes! Many students begin that way. You can take on a few clients part-time, build your confidence, and transition into full-time work at your own pace.
